Bye Bye couch, hello fitness

This blog will chronicle the adventures of me getting fit and lean and saying bye to junk. As an unemployed SAHM, I've been slipping on being healthy. It's so hard after having multiple nights of broken sleep to feel motivated to do anything. All of my motivation goes into taking care of my little boy and I'm getting the short end of the stick. I've realize that in order for me to continue to fulfill his needs, I am going to have to take care of me too.

I have several goals that I would like to meet. Each week I will try to complete meet an additional goal and hopefully after a few months it will all stick.

This week goals are:
Get to bed earlier
Drink more water

These seem easy enough-Right? I'll document each day's progress.
